1. Return and Refund Period
You may request a return or refund within 30 business days of receiving your package.
Return requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
Items must meet all the following criteria to be eligible for return:
- The garment has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and is free of stains, perfume scents, makeup residue, or pet hair.
- All original tags, packaging, and accompanying accessories are intact and attached to the garment.
- Valid proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
Due to hygiene and product nature, the following categories of items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Lingerie, bodysuits, and swimwear
- Clearance items, flash sale items, and markdown/promotional items
- Custom-sized or personalized garments
3. Return Process
1. Submit a return request via email (info@thebossbabestores.com), including your order number, item name, and reason for return.
2. Our customer service team will review your request within 24 hours; if approved, we will send you a prepaid UPS return label and instructions on the return address.
3. Please pack the item securely, attach the shipping label, and drop off the package at a designated UPS location.
4. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, wrong style, fabric defect, damage during transit) → We cover all return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, color preference, change of mind) → You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
5. Refund Details
- All refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, e-wallet, etc.).
- Depending on your card issuer, there may be a delay in bank processing; funds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
- If you choose to keep a slightly damaged item instead of returning it, we will offer a partial refund.
6. Exchange Service
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style rather than receiving a refund, please specify the desired replacement item in your return email.
Exchanges are subject to current stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a full refund for you.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If the clothing you receive is defective, damaged, stained, or incorrect, please email us clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label within 30 days of delivery.
Based on your preference, we will either send you a brand-new replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Important Notes
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Unauthorized packages will be discarded or returned to you at your own expense.
- Return requests will be denied and no refund will be issued if the item shows signs of wear, has been washed, or is missing its tags.
