4. Order Submission, Processing, and Cancellation

5. Payment Terms

All payment procedures strictly adhere to our separate Payment Policy. We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa.

- We do not store full credit card details; all payments are processed via encrypted third-party payment gateways.

- Any international transaction fees or currency conversion fees charged by your card-issuing bank are the buyer's responsibility.

- Please notify us within 7 days of checkout regarding any duplicate or unauthorized charges so that we may investigate and process a refund.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Package Responsibility

All delivery arrangements comply with our Shipping Policy. We partner with UPS as our exclusive logistics carrier:

We are responsible only for shipping the correct items to the delivery address you provided. You bear responsibility for any loss, delay, or return resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address.

Once the UPS tracking system shows the package as "Delivered," the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer. If you have not received the package despite the delivery confirmation, please file a claim directly with UPS and contact our customer service team for assistance.

Estimated shipping times are for reference only and are not guaranteed; unless otherwise specified, delays caused by weather, peak holiday periods, or carrier backlogs do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or compensation.

7. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

All after-sales matters are governed by our separate "Refund and Return Policy," which forms an integral part of these terms:

1. Returns must be initiated within 30 business days of the delivery date; requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, with original tags and packaging intact. Intimate apparel and "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. For returns based on personal preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, garment defect, or shipping damage), a free return label will be provided.

4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account within 3–5 business days after the warehouse completes the inspection; delays in bank processing are beyond our control.

8. Promotions, Coupons, and Discount Rules

1. All discount codes, subscriber-exclusive offers, and seasonal promotions are subject to validity periods and usage restrictions; please refer to the specific event pages for details.

2. Unless explicitly marked as "stackable," coupons cannot be combined. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash and do not apply to completed orders.
