Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

The Boss Babe Store ships women's apparel to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United States.

2. Processing Time

All orders require 1-3 business days for processing, which includes quality checks, packaging, and logistics arrangements. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing time does not include actual transit time.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with UPS as our official logistics provider.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.

Shipping Cost: Free.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to severe weather, peak shopping periods, or carrier backlogs.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a unique UPS tracking number.

You can track your delivery status in real-time via the link in the email or through the "My Orders" section of your account.

5. Shipping Address Requirements

Please carefully verify your shipping address (street name, apartment number, city, state, and ZIP code) before checkout.

We are not responsible for lost or returned packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

6. Undelivered and Lost Packages

- If the carrier marks your package as lost in transit, please contact our customer service team with your order number within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with UPS and arrange for a replacement shipment or a full refund once the claim is approved.

- If the recipient refuses delivery, the package will be returned, and the associated costs will be borne by the buyer.

7. Shipping Exceptions and Additional Notes

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by an error on our part (e.g., incorrect items shipped, product defects, or missing items).

- Order processing and delivery times may be extended during major promotional events (such as Black Friday or holiday sales); we will post relevant notifications on our homepage in advance. - We currently do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
